Any of the services accessible through the App (Services) or those available on the App Site or other sites of ours or other third-party Sites (Service Sites). This policy sets out the basis on which any personal data we collect from you, or that you provide us, will be processed by us.

1. THE INFORMATION WE COLLECTED

   （1）technical information, including the type of mobile device you use, unique device identifiers (for example, your Device's IMEI or serial number), information about the SIM card used by the Device, mobile network information, your device operating system, the type of browser you use, or your Device's location and time zone setting (Device Information);

   5. UNIQUE APPLICATION NUMBERWhen you install or uninstall a Service containing a unique application number or when such a Service searches for automatic updates, that number and information about your installation, for example, the type of operating system, may be sent to us.
   6. INSTALLED APPLICATIONSDOVER will collect a list of apps that have been installed on your device, including their installation time, update time, package name and APP name, which will be uploaded and saved to our system database for analyzing your credit. DOVER won't give out your information.
   7. SMS INFORMATIONDOVER will collect financial-related SMS in your text messages and upload it to our system server, DOVER will not store your personal SMS, DOVER will only store the loan related SMS for our risk assessment of you, DOVER will not disclose your privacy, and after you complete the order, DOVER will delete all your SMS data. DOVER uses equipment and financial SMS to evaluate your credit and establish a credit model.
2. COOKIES
   We may use mobile tracking technology and or website cookies to distinguish you from other users of the Application, application site or service site. This helps us provide you with a great experience when you use the application or browse any service site, and allows us to improve the application and our service site.
3. USE OF INFORMATION
   We may associate any category of Information with any other category of Information and will treat the combined Information as personal data in accordance with this Policy during the period of consolidation.The information we collect will be used to determine whether a loan is offered to a customer, the amount of the loan and the terms and conditions applicable to such a loan.Subject to compliance with a court, arbitration panel, tribunal, regulatory order or any other legal or regulatory obligation, we do not disclose information about identifiable individuals to other parties, but we may provide them with information about our anonymous aggregate users (e.g., We might inform them that 500 men under the age of 30 applied for a loan on any given day).

5. WHERE DO WE STORE YOUR PERSONAL DATA
   Data we collect from you may be transmitted to and stored in a destination other than your country of origin or country of residence, (if applicable). It may also be handled by an employee who works for us or one of our suppliers outside your country of origin or country of residence, (if applicable). These staff may be involved in fulfilling your requests on the service site. By submitting your personal data, you consent to the collection, transmission, storage or processing of your personal data in the manner described above.
